Q1. How does eimports4Less operate?

A1. This is our most frequently asked question. "How do I buy a vehicle at eimports4Less?" Folks see us adertising our vehicles on eBay and 30 other automobile sites and they want to know if they can just call us or come in to see us and make their purchase. The answer is "Yes", you can definitely call us to start the process or stop in and make your purchase in person. See video below:

 

 

Q2: Where does eimports4Less gets their cars from?

A2: We buy our vehicles from a variety of sources: vehicle manufacturers, leasing companies, other dealerships, online manufacturer auto auctions, etc. See video below: 

 

Q3: Can I find our your reserve price on eBay?

A3: Our reserve price is no special price or secret. Our reserve prices are the same as the sale price on our website. You can view our website 24/7 for exact pricing on all inventory. See video below:

 

Q4: Do you take trade-ins?

A4: Yes we do. We take trades from our customer from across the country. You can always call us for a trade-in estimate. See video:

 

Q5: Does eimports4Less offer test drives of their vehicles? This is one of our more frequently asked questions.

A5: Our test drive policy is very cut and dry: If you are here today to purchase a vehicle, then lets take that vehicle for a drive to make sure that it's everything that you've dreamed about. Let's make sure that the vehicle performs exactly as it should. If you are not in the market to purchase now, you're still welcome to come in and check out cars in person, but we will not offer a test drive in that circumstance. Our vehicles are very unique and not "cookie cutter" types of cars. No matter how good the vehicle drives, if you are not in the market to purchase for 1-2 weeks, then the car that you see today will most likely be sold and we'll have to start the process over. It's just more efficient to drive the exact vehicle that you'd like to purchase. See video:

 

 

Q6: Do you have the manuals, spare keys, floormats, navigation discs, etc?

A6: The answer is "not always". We're never guaranteed to get those items with pre-owned vehicles. If these items are important to you and you need to know about them in order to make your purchase decision, please call or email us for clarification. See video: 

 

Q7: Can you help with shipping my new car home?

A7: Yes. We are experts at arranging door to door transportation to any destination on the planet. Please call us or email us for exact quotes. See video below:

 

Q8: Do you know when the factory warranty expires? Can I purchase an extended warranty to protect the car after the factory warranty is expired?

A8. Yes. In most cases we have the exact warranty expiration date listed on our website in the vehicle description. If you don't see it listed, please call us and we'll get you the exact date. We also do offer extended warranty options for all vehicles. Most warranties will cover the vehicle for 3-6 more years after the factory warranty expires. See video below:

 

Q9: Are the pictures on your website the actual pics?

A9: Absolutely! We NEVER use a stock photo or some generic manufacturer pictures for our vehicles. Each vehicle gets pictures taken and posted onto our website within 24 hours of arriving at eimports4Less. See video:

 

Q10: Do we sell cars to Canadian residents?

A10: Yes. We have been selling vehicles to Canadian residents for over 10 years. We can help with shipping, U.S. Customs paperwork, temporary license plates, border crossing paperwork, title paperwork, etc. We deal with every border crossing and we're familiar with the rules. See video:

 

Q11: Will eimports4Less provide me with a history report?

A11: Absolutley. We provide a free full Carfax report on our website. We also provide free AutoCheck report on eBay and other sites that use AutoCheck as their preferred history report. See video:

 

FAQ 12: Can I place a deposit to secure a vehicle and get the process started?

A12: Yes. We can take your deposit via credit card and fax or email your preliminary paperwork. We'll then place a firm hold on the vehicle to make sure that it's here when you get here. See YouTube Video:

We reserve the right to end any advertisement, listing, or online auction at anytime and sell any vehicle to anyone we wish at anytime. The following terms of sale apply to all of our vehicles Please read this stuff, it's important..

If you find a vehicle on eBay, please know that we end alot of auctions early and sell alot of our vehicles outright before the scheduled end of the auction. Please call us anytime if you'd like to buy a vehicle early and save some time. eImports4Less Autos Sales, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion or end an auction early if necessary. Our vehicles are advertised on dozens of websites and we do reserve the right to sell any vehicle at anytime. eImports4Less shall not be held liable for any such cancellation. If you purchase your new vehicle thru an eBay auction, we require a $1,000.00 deposit be made within 48 hours of auction close. This deposit can be paid via credit card, wire transfer, or certified funds. The balance due must be paid within five days via wire transfer, certified funds, or bank check. A firm hold cannot be placed on any vehicle without a deposit. We welcome a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make certain the inspection is complete prior to bidding on any vehicle. A $149.00 title re-assignment and document fee will be added to the winning bid of any auction for any U.S. resident. A 30 day temporary registration will be provided to any out of state buyer free of charge. Please have your financing arranged PRIOR to bidding on any eimports4Less vehicle. Remember that your bid is a binding contract (see your eBay bidders agreement). Please take your actions seriously, we certainly do. Please do not bid on any automobile if you are unable or unwilling to complete this transaction or abide by the terms of sale. All deposits placed on a vehicle are considered non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you are the high bidder and win an auction of ours on eBay, be advised that your bid is a binding contract and that all non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay and that the sale price of the vehicle, plus all applicable fees, will be reported to all three major credit bureaus as an unpaid debt if you fail to live up to your obligation and complete the purchase of the vehicle. eImports4Less Auto Sales, at our discretion, reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to all bidders who win an auction and do not complete their purchase. That fee should be 10% of the vehicles auction value or $1,000, whichever is higher. Please email us if you have any questions concerning these "Terms of Sale". DEFINITIONS: "Excellent Condition" means that the vehicle looks great, and is in excellent mechanical condition. The paint is glossy and the body and interior have no more than very light, normal wear for the year and mileage on the vehicle. "Good Condition" means the vehicle or part of the vehicle is free from any major defects. The paint, body, and interior have only very minor blemishes and there are no major mechanical problems. "Fair condition" means the vehicle has some minor mechanical or cosmetic defects, but is still in running condition. This vehicle may need minor mechanical or cosmetic repairs done for it to be considered "good" condition. "Poor condition" refers to a vehicle that has several mechanical/cosmetic problems and is most likely not driveable. Please take a look at our feedback on eBay. We describe each vehicle properly and all abnormal wear or defects for the vehicle will be listed in the vehicle description. Please also note that every eImports vehicle is pre-owned. We have not owned each vehicle since new. We do our very best to describe each vehicle fully and to list every flaw that the vehicle presently has. We do our best to determine whether or not a vehicle has been smoked in or not (this is not an exact science) and list that information as well as information concerning the condition of the body, interior, etc. Not all vehicles have manuals, spare keys, or navigation discs. If these minor items are important to you, please ask us to check the vehicle prior to making your deposit and commitment to the vehicle. We also do our very best to describe every option on every vehicle. Please keep in mind that all pre-owned cars are unique and will have different options and packages. We do our best to always get this right, but we are human. If we misdescribe a vehicle option or package, we will reimburse for that singular option or package whatever that option cost when the vehicle was new, minus the proper depreciation. We also do our very best to provide proper manufacturer warranty dates and information. This is also not an exact science because we don't walways get exact information from the manufacturer with regards to exact dates, warranty cancellations, exemptions, voided contracts, etc. If you have any specific questions or need clarification on any condition, option, feature, warranty, etc please call our office at 215-249-9100 and ask someone to look at the vehicle or desribe that feature for you. We are here to help. We can provide any and all info that you will need to make an informed decision. All disputes relating to this vehicle or sale of this vehicle shall be resolved in Bucks County,PA. Each party shall bear their own costs and attorney fees and the Law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall apply.
