Q1. Can I make my purchase and complete the entire transaction online?
A1. Yes. We are the easiest dealership in the world to work with. We sell the vast majority of our vehicles to online customers and we know how to make it easy. In fact, you never need to speak to one of our client advisors if you don't want to! Deposits, payment and paperwork can all be done online.
Q2. Many dealers now charge huge fees on top of their advertised sale prices and trick consumers into paying more for the vehicle. Does eimports charge destination fees, reconditioning fees or other nonsense fees?
A2. No. The dealers that do business this way are not going to be around for long. We treat our clients fairly and present numbers in black and white.
Q3. Do you offer financing?
A3. Yes. We have competitive financing terms for all credit tiers.
Q4. Do you take trade-ins?
A4. Yes, we love trade-ins. Please call us with the vehicle information, VIN number, miles, options, colors, etc and we can give you a firm estimate of your vehicle's value before you make the trip here.
Q5. Can you help with shipping the vehicle to my door?
A5. Yes we can. Door to door transport is very convenient and more affordable than you think. Call us for a firm shipping quote to any destination on Earth.
Q6: Do you offer test drives at your facility in Perkasie, PA?
A6: Yes we do. We offer test drives to customers who are interested in purchasing that specific vehicle. Every vehicle in our inventory is unique and we want you to drive the exact vehicle that you're interested in purchasing. We are an online car company and we do operate a little differently than most big box dealerships, so we do not have the extra staff to take test drives with folks who are just kicking tires and starting their research. Our smaller staff and lower overhead saves every customer money on the vehicle that they purchase from us. We conducted a very thorough independent study and polled hundreds of our previous customers and found that they all liked saving money!
Q7. How do I start the purchase process?
A7. You can get the ball rolling in one of two ways: Either call us with your credit card info for your initial deposit or log online to our 24/7 deposit website at 247Deposit.com
We'll take your initial deposit of $1,000 via credit card to secure the vehicle for you and then fax or email some documents for signatures. Once those docs are signed and returned to us via fax or email, the car is yours. You now have 5 days to get it paid for via financing, wire transfer or certified funds.
Q8. Do you sell vehicles on consignment?
A8. No. We own every vehicle in our inventory. All cars on our website belong to us.
Q9. Are extended warranties available?
A9. Yes. We offer 6 month to 5 year programs on all vehicles. Please call us for pricing on any specific vehicle.
Q10. Do all cars come with manuals, spare keys, floormats etc.
A10. No. Some cars do come with spare keys and books, floormats, etc but not all. These items are not guaranteed on used vehicles. We can always check this out for you ahead of time if these items are important to you. Please call our office if you need clarification on these items.
Q11. Can I pay for my entire vehicle with a credit card?
A11. No. We cannot accept full payment with a credit card.
Q12. Can I pay for my vehicle with a personal check?
A12. No. Final payment must be made in the form of certified funds or wire transfer.
Q13. Can you provide an out-of-state customer with temporary tags?
A13. Yes. We can issue you a 60-day temporary license plate that will allow you to drive your new vehicle until you have a chance to get it registered in your home state.
Q14. What additional fees do I pay when I buy a vehicle at eimports4Less?
A14. Out-of-state customers pay $249 for PA state fees, a 60-day temporary license plate is also included for free. PA state buyers pay sales tax, doc fees, DMV fees for new plates, notary, overnight fees, County taxes, etc. The PA State Fees generally total $351 to $361. Canadian buyers pay a flat $498 for all U.S. Customs paperwork fees.
Q15. Do you sell to Canadian customers?
A15. We sell to customers around the globe. We sell approx 20-30 vehicles per month to Canadian residents. We can handle all paperwork on the U.S. side of the border in order to make the process simple and easy. We take care of everything.
Q16. Are the pictures on the eimports4Less website actual pictures of the real vehicle, or do you use stock photos?
A16. All photos are of the actual vehicles. We do not use stock photos for any vehicle.
